The feedback we receive from customers is very important to us and helps us to further develop our range of training manikins. Our Duty Range series is our most popular training manikins and we wanted to offer our customers some improved features to this product.
We have designed the Duty Plus Training Manikin to be the perfect partner for a variety of training scenarios, including confined space training, Road Traffic Collision (RTC) extrusion exercises and other general handling training. Due to the extra rigidity built into the neck, chest and torso area, this manikin acts more like a 'conscious casualty'.
Features & Benefits
- Compared to the standard Duty Range, this training manikin is designed to act as a "conscious casualty" and is more rigid and vertical in the head and chest area.
- Constructed with a plastic spine to help prevent 'head roll', closed cell foam in the back and polypropylene strips running to the waist/hip area, providing flexibility and a more 'upright' position - perfect for sitting in vehicles e.g.
- Anatomically correct weight distribution to give the 'feel' of a "conscious casualty".
- Strong ribbon loop on the back makes the doll easy to handle, pull, store and hang to dry.
- Tough enough to withstand being buried under concrete or steel casings, run over by a 4x4 vehicle, or falling from a 2nd floor window without damage.
- Water-repellent material, making it suitable for wet or adverse scenarios such as HAZMAT/CBRN.
- Soft body parts to eliminate the risk of damage and bruising; common injuries when using plastic training dummies.
- An immobilization/extrusion collar can be fitted around the neck of our adult training manikins to promote proper accident care.
- Using the optional shoutbox function, you can personalize a recorded message up to 60 seconds long; for example, "Help, I can't feel my legs...", which can be repeated periodically.
- Comes complete with boots and overalls that can be easily replaced if damaged
