What is a product without the right service?
For us, equipment service means that you as a customer can be confident in your supplier and the products you get from them. We see it as a duty to provide a service that adds extra value to your work in the form of increased flexibility and lower costs due to the increased maintenance that comes with many of the products supplied by Optisafe.
Optisafe has well-trained service personnel who are equipped to handle both training manikins and defibrillators if problems arise due to faults and wear. The higher than average quality of the products means that they can be kept functional and efficient for many years with spare parts and accessories, so it is not always absolutely necessary to buy new ones. In many cases, there are relatively large savings to be made if you choose to have your products serviced by us.
However, we are also honest about things, so if service is not necessary or even worthwhile, we will of course say so.
However, it is not unheard of for some of our training manikins to last over 20 years with a little care and proper service. An hour with our service staff will go a long way. Our experience shows that proper use and lifespan are often inextricably linked. We also advise on this when we see a certain pattern with our customers. A technician can quickly see how a manikin or defibrillator has been treated based on the visual impression together with data readout.
Regular maintenance and servicing extends the life of your Optisafe products.
For us, a quick solution to our customers' problems means everything, and that is why our service technicians come all over Denmark if it is not possible to send the products directly to our head office and service center in Esbjerg.
