At Optisafe, we see service as a natural part of the supplier relationship. Correct maintenance significantly extends the lifespan of your equipment — and saves you unnecessary expenses for new purchases.
We primarily work with European manufacturers who share our understanding of fast and competent service. This means shorter response times, better access to spare parts, and close cooperation when support is needed. When your supplier and the manufacturer speak the same language — literally and professionally — you notice it in the level of service.
Our service technicians specialize in training manikins and simulation equipment and cover all of Denmark. If the equipment cannot be sent to our service center in Esbjerg, we will come to you.
