Rescue Manikin Duty Range

The Duty Range Ruth Lee rescue mannequin is strong enough to be buried under concrete or have steel lintels, concrete beams, trees or motor vehicles placed over it to show a realistic situation for the exercise participants.

The lifebuoys can be used at temperatures up to 100ºC. At higher temperatures and when there is a risk of ignition , the Fire House lifebuoy is recommended.

All rescue dolls over 20 kg are equipped with rubber boots to protect the doll's legs when it is dragged across the ground.

If the Duty Range life jacket gets wet, it is recommended that it be hung to dry before storing.

All rescue dolls are equipped with a warning triangle on the head and space for recording the material number and purchase date.

The head allows the use of most types of neck collars, so this technique can be integrated into the training process. The head is equipped with a red cover that can be removed and washed.

Overalls

The optional protective coverall keeps the life jacket clean and extends its lifespan. The coverall is made of cotton/polyester and is reinforced with polypropylene webbing in exposed areas. The arm ends are also equipped with nylon-reinforced PVC.

The coverall is machine washable. It must only be used with the life jacket and must not be used as personal protective equipment.

The outside

The general porpuse lifejacket is made of 425g rot-proof canvas with double-stitched seams on the outside (without overalls). High-density polypropylene webbing provides extra strength and durability in exposed areas.

The core

The flexible inner core is weighted using 2 kg packs of 5-10 mm crushed stone aggregates. The weight packs are sewn into a nylon material on all body parts (arms, legs, chest, etc.) and secured to the outside with polypropylene webbing. This construction method prevents the weight packs from shifting and ensures that it maintains its shape during use.

These internal components are separated by 25 mm polypropylene foam, giving a realistic feel similar to that of a real casualty.
