Rescue Manikin Multi Trauma
The Multi Trauma rescue manikin is strong enough to be buried under concrete or to have steel lintels, concrete beams, trees or motor vehicles placed over it to show a realistic situation to the exercise participants.
The lifebuoys can be used at temperatures up to 100ºC. At higher temperatures and where there is a risk of ignition, the Fire lifebuoy is recommended.
All rescue dolls over 20 kg are equipped with rubber boots to protect the doll's legs when it is dragged across the ground.
The Multi Trauma rescue doll is equipped with rubber boots to protect the doll's legs when it is dragged across the ground.
It is equipped with a warning triangle and space for recording the material number and purchase date.
The head allows the use of most types of neck collars, so this technique can be integrated into the training process. The head is equipped with a red cover that can be removed and washed.
Overalls
The protective coverall keeps the life jacket clean and extends its lifespan. The coverall is made of cotton/polyester and is reinforced with polypropylene webbing in exposed areas.
The ends of the arms are also provided with nylon-reinforced PVC. The overall is machine washable. It may only be used in conjunction with the rescue manikin and may not be used as personal protective equipment.
The outside
The Multi Trauma rescue manikin is equipped with 425g rot-proof canvas with double-stitched seams on the outside (without overalls). Heavy-duty polypropylene webbing provides extra strength and durability in exposed areas.
The ends of the detachable arms and lower legs are equipped with Velcro, so they can be attached with just enough adhesive to hold the arm and leg in place. If the lifejacket is moved carelessly, the limbs will fall off.
The core
The core construction of the Multi Trauma rescue manikin is the same as the General Purpose rescue manikin.
The flexible inner core is weighted using 2 kg packs of 5-10 mm crushed stone aggregates. The weight packs are sewn into a nylon material on all body parts (arms, legs, chest, etc.) and secured to the outside with polypropylene webbing. This construction method prevents the weight packs from shifting and ensures that it maintains its shape during use.
These internal components are separated by 25 mm polypropylene foam, giving a realistic feel similar to that of a real casualty.
