Our Manikin Pregnancy Simulation Vest lets you transform any adult Ruth Lee manikin (excluding bariatric, Fire House and Water Rescue Manikins) into a lady who is between 4-6 months pregnant.
Weighing under 1kg, this visual simulation lets you add a new challenge to your training and get your teams to think about how they would tackle this casualty – whether that is in a healthcare setting, or during rescues such as vehicle extrication.
Ideal for the following training scenarios
Designed specifically to be fitted over any Ruth Lee Adult manikin (excluding bariatric manikins and the water rescue range). The Pregnancy Simulation Vest lets you transform your manikin so that you have a more complex training
scenario for your teams to consider.
Features & benefits
- Instant fit over any Ruth Lee Adult manikin (excluding bariatric and water rescue range) to create a pregnancy simulation.
- Very easy to fit, simply pull the vest over the manikin's head and secure using tie strings under the arms and through the legs, and clips at the waist.
- Lightweight, under 1kg in weight, the vest lets you simulate a lady approximately 4-6 months pregnant and features a rounded belly and breasts.
Special materials
The product is constructed from a tough flame retardant polyester, with high density polypropylene webbing reinforcements to stress points. Foam is used to create the 'bump' and a combination of quilted padding and foam is used for the construction of breasts.
