This model simulates a patient with:

• Obesity
• Poorly palpable neck anatomy
• Grade 3-4 laryngoscopy view (Cormack-Lehane scale)
• Difficulty with ventilation via mask and bellows

This enables training in anterior neck access for participants with patients with poorly palpable anatomy, along with many other challenges associated with performing anterior neck access in obese patients.

• Insertion of oropharyngeal airway adjuncts
• Insertion of laryngeal mask airway
