The AmbuMan Basic is a cost-effective training manikin designed to meet all requirements for BLS algorithm training. The enclosed torso, with its anatomically correct landmarks, allows trainees to also learn and practice the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and pad placement.

The AmbuMan Basic enables optimal training of chest compressions and ventilation with realistic resistance and exhalation through the mouth and nose. The unique hygiene system prevents cross-contamination. The correct compression depth and required ventilation volume can be monitored by the feedback indicator on the manikin.

Realistic Ventilation

Students will feel realistic airway resistance, and the chest will begin to rise when the head is correctly tilted and air is blown into the manikin. The ability to see, listen, and feel in accordance with BLS guidelines.
