Obstetric simulation to improve training effects:

The 3B Scientific® Birth Simulator Basic is designed for skill training in normal births, complicated births and obstetric emergencies. Obstetric simulation has been proven to be successful in improving training in delivery skills, followed by protocols and emergency response.

Assessment and manipulation of fetal positions:

Birth complications are generally less likely when an abnormal fetal position or presentation can be detected before labor begins. When a fetus is not found in a normal position (facing posteriorly, head first), appropriate measures should be used to assist a complicated birth with manual maneuvers. In addition, medical personnel should be trained in when and how to use assisted birth (such as a cesarean section).

With the 3B Scientific® P90 Birth Simulator Basic you can see how manual maneuvers affect the fetus in the womb and train the following birthing skills and techniques:
