Blue Phantom Gen II replacement tissue insert for ultrasound CVK training model

The BluePhantom Gen II Replacement Tissue Insert is intended for use with our CVC Training Model (BPH660 series). The insert is compatible with both the hand pump (P/N BPH660-HP) and the automatic pump (P/N BPH660-AP). Developed with our innovative LifeCast™ modeling techniques, the external landmarks are cast from a live human, while the internal anatomy is based on Digital Human Files – the result is the most realistic CVC training model available.

This ultra-durable replacement tissue is constructed using BluePhantom's patented SimulexUS™ tissue technology. The tissue matches the acoustic properties of human tissue and is designed for repeated use – providing excellent realism at a low cost of ownership. Compatible with all ultrasound systems.

The simulator allows clinicians access via multiple insertion approaches: internal jugular (IJ), subclavian, infraclavicular, and supraclavicular approach, as well as via the axillary vein. Vascular anatomy includes the internal jugular vein (IJ), brachiocephalic vein, subclavian vein, axillary vein, carotid artery, subclavian artery, and axillary artery. The superior vena cava, right atrium, and right ventricle allow for full threading of guidewires and catheters. Internal landmarks include the trachea, suprasternal notch, manubrium, and clavicle.
