Sterile foam dressing soaked with AKLA's burngel.
AKLA's burn gel effectively removes excess heat from the burn and reduces the risk of blistering.
The cooling effect is experienced as a pain reliever and prevents the burn from going further into the depths.
Apply the dressing with gel directly on the injury instead of water, in this way you do not have to keep track of the temperature of the water and you are mobile in case you need to go away and get care from a doctor.
There is always extra gel left in the bag that should be poured over the compress where the open cells quickly transport it further down to the injury. The compress can be fixed loosely with a fixing bandage.
Leave on for at least 30 -50 minutes, best effect up to 3 hours.
